I was not aware that you had a blog!! Good to know. I'll keep tabs. I have to ask the same question as you... Why can't you do both programs at once?? It doesn't sound like they'd over lap so why not? I bet it's very difficult having the referral of the little girl in Russia not to change your mind and switch programs. Could you use another agency to do your updated homestudy for Russia? Is that even possible? It would cost a lot more more, but maybe be faster? I don't know.. I'm just kind of throwing things out there.
