Christmas Shopping Help Desk

I admit it. I am new at this Christmas Shopping thing. I was raised in a household headed by a woman who was raised by another woman that believed Christmas was a Pagan Celebration. Yep. I could really care less. I know, I'm probably offending many people. Oh Well. The US Corporations who really run this country have marketed this thing to death. I mean for goodness sake people are shooting each other to get the better present. You know that I will NEVER buy something for my children people are killing each other for.

Neither will I buy diamonds. Child slavery for a rock that really isn't all that rare, just MARKETED that way, etc. (Not that anyone would buy diamonds for me either). Really- look it up. I know, that's for another whole topic.

BUUUT....... My kids know about Christmas. I am not going to put them through the feelings I had as a child... "What did you get for Christmas this year?" Answer- "Nothing."

I WILL NOT buy into the whole crazy 57 presents, one more each year plastic toy mess.

Anyway-

I am open to suggestions for adult gifts. Mind you I am trying to conserve my resources for adoption here people.
