Ok, I LOVE Lost. I happen to really like the character Jin. He seems to be growing A LOT in a positive direction. Maybe the actor needs to do a little more growing in his personal life.
The trend for Lost actors who get arrested? They die very soon afterward on the show. Killed off.
I do not condone drunken driving as my sister-in-law and cousin were killed by drunk drivers but if the trend continues and Jin is killed off, I will be sorry to see him go.

What/ He was drunk driving? I had no idea! I am also a Lost Fan. My oldest and I ran into MICHAEL (the actor who plays Michael), and he was rude! I was soo disappointed!
