Holiday Cards That Last Till Spring
The annual influx of holiday cards makes for a nice change from what's usually in the mailbox: 50,000 Victoria's Secret catalogs (seriously, do they really need to send a new one every day?) and about as many bills. If you plan to mail out some good cheer yourself this year, consider a greener alternative to the usual paper cards—most of which simply meet the same fate as unwanted catalogs after New Year's Day. Grow-A-Note holiday cards are designed for a second life: Plant the card in soil, and seedlings in the paper will grow into wildflowers as the paper itself naturally biodegrades. Holiday cheer that lasts well into spring, in designs cuter than a box full of puppies? We love that. $15.95 for 6 at GreenfieldPaper.com.

Hi. I linked here from your 43things page. I love these cards! I had to comment on it, peek at your blog and say hello!
These cards are cool. I've gotten them for other people but never heard if they worked at all. Now I've forgotten who I even gave them to to follow-up.....
